Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance customer service representative to join our team. As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for taking care of clients by answering their questions and assisting with their needs.Responsibilities: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance policies to potential clients Completing insurance applications for Auto, Fire, Life and Health products.
